Choking Warning: As with any chew or treat, there is a risk of choking, especially if the product is not adequately chewed or is swallowed in large pieces. Always provide the appropriate size treat for your dog’s breed and chewing style, and never leave your pet unattended while consuming any Nature’s Ranch product.

No Veterinary or Medical Advice

Any information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Please be aware that individual pets may respond differently to treats. You are solely responsible for supervising your pet while they are enjoying any of our products. This includes monitoring for potential risks such as allergic reactions, digestive sensitivities, or choking.

Bone Safety Tip: For bone-based treats, always discard small or broken pieces to prevent accidental swallowing. Do not allow your dog to chew on pieces that may become a choking hazard.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your pet's safety and assume all associated risks.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Products shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration, and not in court.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and Nature’s Ranch agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate only in individual arbitration, not class or representative actions.

This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
